I had a coaching session yesterday with one of my workshop students and the topic of Head and Heart came up so I started journaling about it and thought you would enjoy the conversation.
Are you free from the battle?
There is war being waged between the "head and heart" of people today.
Their heart is telling them
they cannot do what they must do to succeed - they fear risking the pain and frustration that resulted from the previous year's efforts.
Their head is telling them they need to get back up on that horse, work their plan, and keep pushing toward their vision.
They know what they need to do, but they don't feel like doing it and so they become discouraged and stop the flow of momentum that is waiting for them
