Happy Thought Provoking Thursday ,


I had someone ask me a question in a message on FB today.


The Person's Question: 

"What is your secret to success and what special things do you do for your team to help them be successful? 
I am shopping for a good leader and I want to choose the  one that is going to do the most for me" 

My Answer: 

I have a vision, a plan and motivation. I follow a system I work hard and I lead by example for my team. 

My recommendation is to choose yourself as the leader first... then get started with someone that has the link you want to the company you want to join.

I think she deleted me off Facebook....?????????????????????
