, if you checked out my Facebook page yesterday morning, then you might have have read this post I made about "Gratitude".....

"It's been a Crazy past 10 days.....not good nor bad, just a bit crazy.

Crazy in the fact that after surgery this past weekend (9 days ago)....I actually didn't venture out of the house until yesterday morning. I really didn't have the desire....let alone the energy.

For some reason, I thought that I would be out & about within a weeks time.....biking and swimming without any issues. Who says you need 1 to 2 months to fully recover....I'm different, eh.

This is one of the 1st times in a long time that I've felt a bit Stoppable...though it's also been 1 of those times where I've also been the most Grateful in my Life.

When you can't move and have to be horizontal for 90% of your day....you have a lot of time to think

Today.....I'm very GRATEFUL for my health, my families' health, my friends' health....

I'm GRATEFUL that my mother-in-law & her best friend, Sharon are able to come out to Panama and watch our Daughter as we travel back to the USA for a Business event....

I'm GRATEFUL for.....

What are you "Grateful" for today, ?

It's been a Crazy past 10 days.....not good nor bad, just a bit crazy.

72 hours out of Surgery...

....I have to admit that these past 3 days

haven't been the easiest, since undergoing surgery.

Actually, it's been the most pain I've endured since I can remember.

On the bright side, I know that I'm healing and will be

much stronger and healthier than I've been in the past 12 months.

If it wasn't for my amazing, caring wife, Rhonda Swan,

who you've been watching in our Freedom-preneur video series

this past week....I'm not sure how I would have

managed these past 3 days.

As I reflected back on our 3.5 hour drive thru the

windy, pot-holed road thru the mountains yesterday

in Panama...along with our 30 minute boat ride to our island...

All I could do was smile and feel a sense of joy...

Why is that...because we've create a business online

that doesn't stop when we're sick or.....undergoing major Surgery.

(msg) from my "Hospital" bed....going into Surgery!

....I have a feeling that your morning is going

a better than mine today...as I'm writing this from a

Hospital bed in Panama. (No joke see pic below)...

Before they wheel me into the surgery room...

I would like to share a quick story with you

that I shared on my Facebook page.

***Thank you all for the beautiful messages & wishes you've sent this morning***

I've been sitting here in bed for the past 20 minutes thinking about a little something to post, before I head into the Dr's office to get a little engine work done on this 40 year old body.

As RHonda & I sat with the Dr. yesterday getting examined...he asked question after question (good thing he spoke English) on my past injuries, illnesses, allergies, broken bones, etc.....you know the Q's you get.

What I realized after the 88+ questions, is that I have lived a very blessed life. With all the possible things that can go wrong with you....I've been a very healthy, stoked dude for these past 40 years.

Why is that....

I do eat pretty healthy and I exercise everyday.
I don't smoke cigs, though I do enjoy vino tinto in the evenings.
I'm not a heath nut, though I do live an above-average, healthy lifestyle.

Why I believe that I have been very Healthy (I rarely get sick) & Happy over these 40 years ....is that I typically always look on the bright side of things, even when the Shit is hitting the fan.

I'm 1 to 2 hours away from going under the knife....and I'm am stoked. Not stoked for the surgery or the fact that I'm missing amazing surf right now on a big swell that is hitting today.

I'm stoked that my body will be running better than it has been for the past few months....because I believe & know that will.

Thank you all for the beautiful messages yesterday....I really appreciate it.

What's crazy is that both of these old "Dudes"

are named Keith, both in their 50's, have never met,

and have never done anything online before.

Keith #1 - San Diego, crusty surfer guy who lives on a Boat.
